HSBC Bank Canada today welcomes Pepper, the engaging, social humanoid robot, to its Retail Banking and Wealth Management team in the newly created role of Client Experience Ambassador. HSBC, which partnered with SoftBank Robotics America - the makers of Pepper - is the first major bank to bring the customer service robot to Canada.
